I was born in Minneapolis, and have lived in Minnesota most of my life. Fall is one of my four favorite seasons, as shown in this photo.
I graduated from St. Olaf College with a major in Mathematics, and then went to Iowa State University to get my M.S. in Statistics
I participated in the 2011 Citizen's Academy. I am a member of the SW LRT Citizen Advisory Committee, the National Society of the Colonial Dames, the Hopkins Historical Society, and a local church choir.
I have worked as a statistician for ten years in consumer behavior analytics. I worked as a market research analyst and forecaster for The Nielsen Company and currently work in consumer analytics for Sleep Number.
I married my high school sweetheart, celebrating our 10 year anniversary this July. We moved to Hopkins and bought our first home in 2008.
Minnesota has so much to offer for entertainment! Zoos, parks, trails, and sports, who could want more? I started running this year, so you might see me on the local trails, if you are up early enough.
